Where we ship

We ship the HandsFreeDryer free of charge to the whole European Union, Norway, Switzerland, the United States and Canada. Your country is not listed at checkout? Email contact@handsfreedryer.com and we will tell you the fastest way to get one.

Dispatch

We hold stock in two warehouses, one in Europe and one in the United States, and your order ships from whichever is closer to you. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays leave on the next business day.

Delivery times

Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days in Europe and 2 to 6 business days in the United States and Canada. These are estimates: carrier and customs delays can add time.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel ships. Nothing moving after a few days? Email contact@handsfreedryer.com with your order number and we chase the carrier for you.

Taxes and duties

Prices shown to EU customers include VAT. US orders ship from inside the United States, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other destinations outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply where they are not collected at checkout.
