FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is it really hands-free?
Yes. Dock the dryer on the folding tripod or the wall mount, set the angle and it holds position while you style with both hands. Between passes it also stands upright on its own.
How do the tripod and wall mount work?
The dryer docks magnetically onto the tripod head or the wall mount and pivots on a ball joint, so you set the angle once and let go. The tripod folds down small enough for the travel capsule; the wall mount fixes next to your mirror.
Can I use it as a normal handheld dryer?
Yes. Lift it off the mount and it is a full 1200 W dryer with a 100,000+ RPM brushless motor, four heat modes, three speeds and an ice-cold shot.
What is in the box?
The HandsFreeDryer, the folding tripod, the wall mount, the travel capsule and the power cable. Nothing extra to buy.
Which finish should I choose?
Amber Gold, Sunset Rose, Bondi Blue and Space Grey are the same dryer with the same kit. Only the anodised colour differs. Pick the one that suits your bathroom.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship free within 1 business day from our warehouse in Europe or the United States, whichever is closer to you. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days in Europe and 2–6 in the US and Canada. You receive a tracking link by email.
Returns and guarantee?
You have 30 days to return the dryer in its original packaging, and every dryer comes with a 2-year conformity guarantee. Write to contact@handsfreedryer.com and we take care of it.
Where do I buy the LeLunar HandsFreeDryer?
Here. handsfreedryer.com ships it directly from our own warehouses in Europe and the United States, free, within one business day. The same dryer is also sold at LELUNAR.COM, the LeLunar brand store.
Who makes the HandsFreeDryer?
HandsFreeDryer and LeLunar™ are brands of Inovaxion International, 8 rue Boucry, 75018 Paris, France, which holds the patents US12376659B2 and EP4013261A1. The dryer is designed in Paris and manufactured in China. It is sold and shipped to you by Aqraab, Beverwijk, the Netherlands.
Why does the dryer say Inovaxion on it?
Because Inovaxion International owns both brands, holds the patents, and its name is on the current production run. We are moving the whole range over to LeLunar, so depending on when you order you may receive either. Same dryer, same patents, same 2-year guarantee, same 30-day return.
